okay long time no updates! the helmet is back from arts camp heheh! and think the camp made her taller? hahah! da paoed food over, then went to interchange. tried finding cheap sushi but didnt get any. yoghurt stall was closed too. so, got a largeeee koi and sat outside mos haha. and got this crazy woman that approached us 3 times trying to sell us some toys to raise money for dunno what. so irritating urghhh! ok but its not giving out flyers so its ok hahaha :p more about flyers later. met shawn tan!! HAHA. stunner that one. guess il see him alot cos his other half just moved to tpy. that time sms helmet some more hahaha!

watched the a-team with benny this week too. yeah not bad. not bad huh the handsome dood can shag a hot officer while in prison plus get his own tanning room! oh yeah and collected alot of flyers while walking benny to the mrt station from marina. haha cos ppl giving out flyers very poor thing u know? stand there so sad already then ppl still walk past and ignore. so must take flyer everyone ok hahaha!

went to sch a few times this week too. some times waited for quite long but its always worth it :) i think got one time i really KO-ed in the car while waiting hahaha then got shocked when someone tapped me from throught the window.

fathers day today! went lao beijing at ps. its my 2nd time there. 1st time was high tea buffet or smth. but this time its ala carte dinner. got peking duck, guo tie (pot stickers), xiaolongbao, shao rou, spinach tofu, beijing noodles! the peking duck was not bad, but i think the holland v crystal jade one nicer! this one like quite dry and no crispy skin and got alot of cong (spring onion?)! but xlb is gooood! ok actually everything was gooood! then went to send lm to schhh for arts camp day zero. noooo 5 dayssxzxzxzxzzzzz!!

and met flashers house under the esplanade bridge today to learn cheers hahaha! no neh neh, still so teh! damn funny! ok not many ppl turned up, and stunners got best attendance woohoo! think jieying is super ups for organising and mass smsing despite the super shag engin camp which just ended! flasherssssss!

yes today finally ends our several weeks without macdonalds fast! hahah! during lunch this 2 angmoh kids came and talked to us! one randomly told me "happy birthday" then gave me a EC house haircut flyer LOL. like its for my birthday gift. and she insisted i keep it cos its a gift. HUH??? and when they went off, they said "bye mum and dad!" HAHAH! guess that means we look old!

library wasnt boring at all! kept looking at happy food pictures from cookbooks. and pointing out yucky stuff like carrots :p

walked around j8 alot today! in fact the whole afternoon was spent in that area! hahaha. think i can make that my new fav hangout.

okay enough about that. now its time for pooooo cat or pooo-qew-et! with benny, kumlong, shawn and beho. took an evening flight to phuket airport on tiger airways. reached there pretty late, and we just on the spot decided to rent a car. a toyota vios auto! woohoo lucky not manual. drove like an hour plus to the hotel which was at kata beach. stopped in the middle for dinner at some mall (which we revisited several times in the coming days hahah). ate some sandwich thing and they went for round 2 of kfc but i decided to control myself haha! by the time we reached the hotel was like 11plus i rmb. uber shagged. i shared a room with benny and the 3 others in another room heheh :p

went beach on 2nd day and benny and shawn got super sunburnt! benny became our perpetual designated driver and i was the safety dude beside haha. think he leveled up x10 already!

went patong the happening place! hehehh lots of trannys and you dont wanna know stuff.

played saboteur at night in the hotel and i suck at it seriously haha! shawn is a slut.

ate lots and lots of seafood i think cholesterol level sky rocketed!

had ice cream every single day too! craziness.

oh and im kinda lazy to blog alr haha but i must say the petrol there grade 95 is cheaper than grade 91! so dont kena conned if u go there hahaha! cos we filled our rented car with grade 91 petrol before we returned cos we thought it was cheaper. then found out we actually paid more omg!!!! yeahssss. spent finish my $300 worth of baht. but it was a good holiday! :) with the gayboys. cant wait to holiday with laimenggggg hehehe! save moneyyy! ok she thinks i keep whacking ok pls control me if i happen to whack unnecessarily!

zomg its 5.26am right now. and no its not that im STILL awake. its like i woke up early today! actually i auto woke up at 4am. then didnt feel like going back to sleep. so here i am online. was supposed to wake at 5 to get ready and send the helmet to woodlands but hahaha guess no need for alarm now eh?

anwzzz i have been running alot recently thanks to TGC, which is transdermal glucosamine cream. awesome stuff i tell u. just that when the applied area gets wet it sort of heats up the cream or smth or maybe there's a chemical reaction and the area feels like its been deep heated hahaha. last night i tried new running route! from my house up upper aljuneid rd (past bidadari cemetery and mount vernon omg scaryyy) then along braddell then to toapayoh. and back. yeayyy now that i can more or less go back to running, i guess i will be spending less time (and money) at the swimming pool, which means less goggle marks yay!! :)

oh yessss for those who tried and liked my cookies from a few weeks ago, i decided to put up the recipe! also since peiyu kindly requested for it hahaha i dunno if its out of courtesy or what KIDDING :P SUPPLIES MILKSHAKE FTW!!!!!!!! ok more on that later.

white chocolate chunk cookies

1 cup unsalted butter, room temp (i used 227g SCS unsalted butter)
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
2 cups old fashioned rolled oats
2 cups good quality white chocolate chunks (i used 1 block of cadbury dream and chopped em up myself)
1 cup sweetened coconut flakes (mine werent sweetened)
1 cup golden raisins (mine werent golden cos i couldnt find the golden kind)
1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts

STEPS:
1. Preheat oven to 175 deg celcius. Put butter and sugars in the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment. Mix on medium speed until smooth and creamy, about 2 minutes. Mix in eggs one at a time until combined. Stir in vanilla.
2. Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt into a medium bowl. Gradually stir into butter mixture until combined. Stir in oats, chocolate, coconut, raisins, and walnuts.
3. Drop batter by heaping tablespoons onto baking sheets lined with parchment paper, spacing about 2 inches apart. Flatten slightly. Bake cookies until golden, 16 to 18 minutes. Let cool on sheets on wire racks for 2 minutes. Transfer cookies to racks to cool completely. Cookies can be stored in airtight containers at room temperature up to 3 days.

HAHAHA SURPRISE SURPRISE! ok see last week i went to the tea party with benny rong and peiyu to play monopoly deal, and bridge (which peiyu didnt mistake for taitee this time LOL). and in the menu there was surprise milkshake, which they apparently change the flavour every week. being retarded as usual, i decided to whack the surprise. no actually benny was gonna whack with me one ok! so im not the only siao one. but he got a set meal so alr got free drink. anw, the flavour of the week was peppermint which was yumsss. and hahaha so funny cos we went on saturday night, i thought of ordering one surprise at 11plus and 1 more after midnight. cos assuming they count the new week starting from sunday, then after midnight there should be a new flavour right? hey! why isnt anyone laughing! im an orange hahahaha!

and we got more surrpises too HEE HEE :) lets go back for more! i wana sit outside this time. benny had luck literally on his side that night la! NOT FAIR. ok gtg now!
