i wanna sign up for this! men's health urbanathlon! omg like damn cool. 12.5km race with obstacles! like SOC AHHA ok i know ns guys would hammer me now. but it really looks fun mannn! my knee feels normal for like quite some time alr. hasnt given me problems since i got back from kl. maybe time to try a joggg tmr?? heheh.
