i've become what i hated

some of you might know I used to hate all sea sports, with the exception of swimming. (boats in the pool pls wut r u doing!) and thought people walking around with paddles and butt pads are all posers. dammit. im one of those posers now lo. pls don't judge me! but actually liking it so far.

dad got his retrenchment letter :( and he just went for eye op. sister cannot be left alone at home these days too. but im just gonna be optimistic! oh that also means I no longer have free broadband internet (256kbps no doubt haha). gonna finally have at least a 3mbps I think?

There was the eurotrip gathering today (which didn't turn out too well), what nus ambassadors day, color run, and dat dragon boat festival today. Went for the boats! hehe ironic considering how much I used to hate boats :p was a lil boring. but kinda motivated me too. finding out about 50yr old dude is omg shocking that's my goal also lah when I turn 50! but I overslept and missed the first few races oopssssss. chicken and egg for breakfast everyday actually seems like something I would enjoy eh. dat rain in the middle of the event. not my fault leh I didn't wash car yesterday hor.

met up with Jason twice too. once to supplies rong heheh. Hope it was a successful supplies! Jason didn't tear as much as I thought he would while eating the mcspicy. sehhh ended up going home at 2am. jombie in the office the next day. then that night went to meet the sasboys for supper too. HOSAY 2 days in a row without sleep lo. ok I missed the soccer game also hehe (secretly happy cos Ive been trying to avoid playing soccer) (hips don't lie) ok but I will try to make it for next week's one! want Jason to intro me some rich ahem you know. tanks vely much.!

went to the truly asia Malaysia for a night. visit popo. watch movies on laptop. the place beyond the pines, oblivion, drinking buddies, Olympus has fallen. I think the first 3 movies were pretty good! Loved morgan freeman in Olympus has fallen though. hahaha!

been yeating a lot of fried and unhealthy food recently tooooo. crap. Wendy's, pizzahut, chai tau kway, chocolate cakes. HALP.

meeting the eurotrip gang tmr. then final training on tues :( then Jason's be back on wed! hahaha why he so hotstuff one. jeless siol.

Past one week at new job kinda sucked. "desk job is killing me." really just stare at the wall and wait for 5pm. sehhhh!

oh ya ripd was okok. hahaha but some loner dude (hello fellow introvert) was snoring away halfway into the show. damn loud siol! if I had popcorn in my hands I would have happily tossed some that way!

got transferred to another department at work. so no more shift hours, just normal 8-5 on weekdays. no more shift allowance! :(

sis got warded in hospital. visited her on Friday and she seemed much better! hopefully discharge on Monday!

Also watched The Impossible. SO tear inducing! Didn't really like Hansel & Gretel. Watching Movie 43 now omg I think it deserves negative stars. I should delete it before it crashes my comp haha.

Landed myself a job. An engineering job. Starts next Monday! Damn there goes my holidays. And social life. And mid day swimming sessions. 8(

Oh I went for dim sum buffet at Mouth Restaurant this week. Ate until I comatosed haha. Most of the dishes were really good! Think its quite a  good deal. Except when they tried to cheat us by charging for tap water wth. 1 big mistake I ordered was mushrooms with tofu OMG. 6 huge tofus.

Finally watched the grandmaster (Ip Man) tooo. Something I was v sad to miss in the cinema. And I think it was really good! Maybe some will say its too slow paced for a kungfu film but I think its just right. Can't wait for eggzams to end, so I can watch all my other movies in peace!
