1 and a half weeks to passing out from bslc! oh man hope i dont get posted to 3SIR. had some interview selection thingy last week for recce commander course. plsss dont post me there! and my bunkmate already received news that he's accepted in nus medicine. ermmm i have no news yet so whats that mean??
just met kanesh for dinner. at the villagee place. haha he was telling me about all the gays in his bunk. and he's in the same platoon n section as me in bmt! ha army talk again. walao he excused from everything leh. excuse rifle excuse push up excuse field camp excuse route march. might as well excuse bmt la!
had grandslam this week. my final field camp. in tekong. on the first day there was some navigation exercise. each team of 4 guys were supposed to find a 4 day and 2 night checkpoints. we found 3 day but no night checkpoints! and the retarded thing was after searching for night cp for awhile to no avail, we just lay down on the track and slept!! hahaha! all the way till 4 plus in the morning. luckily didnt kena caught for sleeping man. the next few days were just missions over and over again. and had a re-night navigation on the 2nd night cos we failed our 1st night navigation. haha and this time we cheated by finding some random checkpoint that was not ours. but we just heck la cos we wanted to quickly go back and sleep. hor-lan!
yeah man had long weekend last week too. but dunno why blogger was screwing up on my comp so i couldnt blog bout it. hehe! went mothers day gift-hunting with charmaine and this saleswoman kept thinking shes my gf or what la. then keep saying what buy this get this free then u can give ur *wink wink*. hahaha what a weird aunty!
had mothers day lunch at red star restaurant. the one with the push cart dim sum! but after that on the way home, for some reason mum and dad startred quarreling. spoilt the entire day leh. then i was thinking how to wish her happy mums also. gd thing in the end everything turned out ok!
had day off on monday so my mum wanted to meet me n sis for lunch at the central. some new shopping mall at clarke quay. quite cool place eh, but still quite empty la. alot of jap restaurants tho. and i stupidly went swimming without bringing small change so had to put $10 in the machine and hear the sound of 9 $1 coins dropping out as change. haha. and went in and realised i forgot to bring goggles as well. but carried on anyway cos i didnt wanna look like some loser who go in the pool for 1 min and come out haha! met charm again after that. oh ya she said i dont look as flabby as last time haha! except for the cheeks which cant change. i dunno why.

fading
there goes my chance of entering medical school. damnnnnnn the interview was freakin tough! sigh. i should have put in more effort researching leh.
kena smoked by tear gas this week. it was real strong! like just a whiff of it was enough to cause me to choke and start tearing. haha could barely open my eyes!
and had ippt too. jumped manyy many times and finally managed to scrape thru a pass for my sbj. was pretty disappointed at first cos i thought can get silver leh. then that night they asked everyone who just got a pass to re-test to get a silver. so i re-tested and YAY managed to jump 225 and get silver!
had urban warfare today. the whole freakin day! which is why we only booked out at almost 10pm. yeah and urban is so retarded. like what u see in tv serials and stuff. minus the kicking of doors la haha. and tmr gotta book in at 8 plus. and it will be field camp again the following day. haha pretty demoralizing. hope no more rain or im definitely gonna get foot rot!

back again!
yeay guess whos back! think its already halfway into my bslc already. stands for basic section leader course. and definitely enjoying my long weekend!
met benny and ian today after church. its ians birthday today! haha totally slipped my mind! followed them to army market cos ian is having his field camp this week. so early leh. then ian left soon after to meet some other ppl heh heh with flu medicine. and me and benny went to play pool and lan! wah havent done those stuff in a long time man. and benny's got lots of exciting stories too eh hahahaha. gd stuff man!
spiderman 3 only got front row seats left for its opening day!
oh yea gotta write about this week in sispec! it was field camppppppp. and the shittiest one ever. it was 4 days 3 nights, and it rained every single day. no kidding! and i was hoping to get to eat combat rations haha! i think im wierd la cos who else would prefer combat rations to fresh rations?? but i do! yea but we got fresh rations for every meal. basically it was just section trainng all day. like how to do ambush and stuff. and we had to keep proning in the stupid vegetation and mud. kena cut by all the thorns sia. and so many ants and dunno what insects all over. now my whole face got insect bites all over la. and on my hands also. like kena chicken pox like that leh. and the worst part was cos of the continuous rain, we had soggy socks like throughout the field camp. on the last day when we returned back to company line and removed our boots and socks, i nearly fainted from the sight and smell ok! walaoeh! everyones feet was super white and wrinkled and smelly! and got bits of skin torn off some more. even now i cant walk properly. and another reason why i so suay: i was the matador gunner in the section la. had to carry this stupid 8kg bazooka-like thing over my shoulder everywhere i went la. supposed to be some anti tank weapon la. and while other ppl just got the standard rifle, i got to carry the rifle PLUS the matador.
oh and medicine essay test last week was pretty bad for me. the topic was to write about a sacrifice i had made la. i think i screwed it up pretty badly cos i cant recall any major sacrifices ive made! haha. and the interview is this coming friday. gotta read up more man. everyones been saying its a killer interview. arhhhhhh!

don't forget me
havent updated for quite some time! yea its a gd thing i got into quite a slack company in sispec. at least thats what many ppl say. kinda getting used to sispec life too. the living conditions are pretty good too! but of course nothing beats home sweet home!
feeling slightly stressed lately though, thinking bout how packed my training schedule is, and with my medicine interviews and portfolio dateline coming up. i dunno how im gonna pass my interview man! thats if i even get shortlisted in the first place. haha ok i think they should inform me by this coming week. im not even sure of the procedure of mailing in the portfolio la! like some super blur idiot. somehow i get this feeling im screwing up my life.
on a lighter note, the weekend was great! took my mind off most of my worries at least. celebrated my sister's birthday! though i missed the big party last week cos i was in camp.. oh but i managed to watch the video clips of the last week party! wah like quite happening leh. got 80 ppl i think. and got alot of them prepare song performances and stuff like that. haha i think my 21st wont even be half as exciting la. but thats besides the point! yea this week there was a 2nd mini party for my uncles aunties and cousins. lots of pot-bellied uncles drinking cans of tiger beer, thats most of what i remember haha!
today finally met rong and peiyu and kev and sebas! dinner at billy bombers! and kevin thought the restaurant was playing chinese music hHahaha! and there was this obese man skipping with a skipping rope right outside the restaurant! and we caught him on camera heheh. so sly la. it was all done while playing world of warcraft on kevins macbook. while pointing the camera at the guy. which reminds me, my new comp is coming this week! then peiyu dropped by to pass us tshirts! hehe i really like it very much! monkeyman!
and sunshine is a dumb show man. haha i think can be classified under horror or thriller also la.
yes and now i just realised il be returning to camp today. sighhhhh. time really passes too quickly when im outside camp. but cheer up, its easter!

brown and yellow
woohoo this has been a really great week! last saturday, watched 300 with benny. pretty good, but if i rmb correctly, almost the entire show was in slow-mo. haha if they played it all at normal speed, the show duration would be cut by half!
played soccer with church against some malay team on sunday. haha gayness! herng liang was there too. and we lost 2-0 hahaha! and made new discoveries too after the game! me hl and liang sheng were walking out to the main road and it was like we were the only ones NOT walking in couple style. the rest all left with their boy/girlfriend haha so slyyy.
went to kevins house on mon to play his wii! err we were supposed to meet at parkway at 12 plus i think, but everyone was super late la. eh i was really gonna be on time that day! in the end only me rong and kev had lunch at boogerking at parkway. haha havent had boogerking in ages! sebas piu and ren came laterrr. and we were fiddling with kevin's macbook. spamming pictures and filming retarded videos and posting them on youtube (omg!) and play mahjong and of course played wii! haha we actually wanted to go some german restaurant for dinner but sebas had pizza craving so we went to pizza hut la and we had rootbeer float there haha! also something i havent had in a longg time!
ok erm tuesss.. yea met ivan and greg my section buddies at vivocity. ivan is like everything branded sia. armani exchange belt, prada wallet, guess watch. and his motto is "anything shiny is nice" hahaha! and greg spends most of his money on foood! and i think candy empire is his favourite hangout :p had dinner at thomson with dan chia and charm after that! too many good food there so we had a hard time deciding where to eat! we all agreed we had enough of crabshack though hahaha. not that its bad la. settled for some dim sum place. and went to the strudel place for dessert! where we got cheated cos we got peach strudel when we ordered apple. and since danchia brought his macbook along, we spammed pictures AGAIN. ha ha. and we viewed the pics of he and his __ in slideshow mode which made him super embarrassed hahaha!
wed was a boring day. had to deliver some stupid clothes to my sis in ntu cos she had an upcoming presentation. all the way to boon lay and back leh. oh well better get used to it. gonna be travelling that way much more since im posted to sispec. ohh and met up with my section mates at night for supper at newton! after that gothic drove us in his car to yishun dam to chill and talk cock. after that he drove us homeee.
thurs.. went back sch with sebas and kev to find teachers for testimonial/letters of recommendation. haha mdm lee still as funny as ever!! she said if she were to write my letter of recommendation, her teeth would have alot of gaps. cos she would be lying thru her teeth!! rushed down to smu with sebas after that for some scholarship talk and high tea with the deans. haha i dunno why i was so tired during the talk i kept nodding off. hope i dont appear sleeping in any of the pictures the photographer took! but smu sounds quite pro eh! and the no bond scholarships also sound pretty attractive. haha lots of familiar faces at the talk too! hung around abit longer with herngliang and charm, who were also at the talk. then went to see her workplace at marina sq. ended off with supper at gluttons bay after her work!
todayy was super stressful and tiring man! haha lots of rushing here and there and worrying whether or not i should call ms carol and whether my mail can reach nus on time and stuff. luckily kanesh saved my ass. and mr fong too! hahaha yea at least its settled now. i hope :p

argh reall tired now. just came back from supper with army buddies. gothic drove most of us home. but he didnt drive me all the way! he dropped me and khairi both at toa payoh. and i walked from the stadium to khairi's house, then to the bus stop outside sajc. and thought to myself "im gonna take forever if i walk home from here" so i flagged a cab home. so much for saving money. haha and newton food centre is really a ripoff. and i think i gotta watch my diet from now on haha! havent been doing so and havent exercised for long timeeee! argh gotta sleep now. update tmr la i think!

bmt's over! pop loh!
wheeeee thats the end of bmt! gonna miss my section mates lots! last night tiger and khairi went around pranking everyone in the platoon la. basket! actually at first we pranked tiger by stealing his towel and clothes while he was showering. hahaha then he had to return to the bunk with nothing on his ding dong bell!!! and we locked the bunk door as well. hahahaha i guess he had his revenge after that. while everyone was sleeping he went to put black camo cream on our faces la. this morning when i woke up, i saw kian tat walking into our bunk with camo on his face and i stared at him, he said "dont stare at me like that, ur face also have". hahahaha true enough, when i looked in the mirror. and lucky i happened to look into my slippers before wearing them! cos khairi went around putting shampoo on ppl's slippers! later he told me that when he woke up in the middle of the night to go toilet (after pranking everyone's slippers), he met someone else in the toilet washing his slippers!! haha. and khairi also put shampoo on ppl's toes while they were sleeping la. i myself felt my toes were quite cold and wet in the middle of the night but i thought it was just my blisters or what, and couldnt be bothered cos i was too damn tired. hahaha.
oh the funniestttt part!! tiger wrapped himself in a white towel and went bed to bed while everyone was sleeping. came to mine too! haha i rmb waking up and seeing this white ball sitting on the edge of my bed! but i was totally not scared la cos i knew at once it was tiger. haha so obvious its him! cos he started bouncing up and down the bed and making squeaky noises. and i can recognise his voice la! so i just said "eh go away la tiger i know its u. i very tired leh i wanna sleep" then i just rolled over and carried on sleeping. little did i know he went to put camo on my face la basket. haha but thats not all! this morning when everyone woke up for breakfast, got hot gossip about this other malay guy from another bunk in my platoon called fauzie. i guess tiger went across all the bunks to disturb everyone la. and they were saying fauzie was really freaked out by tiger. first he started asking tiger to "go away la, it's my last night sleeping here in tekong leh." then after some time he got abit scared and said some prayer in malay or smth. then after that he supposedly screamed! hahahhahha.
so many crazy ppl in my bunk la!
about guard duty.. was pretty upset that i got selected for weekend guard duty on sunday. but now i realise it isnt so bad after all. cos khairi got selected for guard duty tmr, which means he gotta go back after passing out. sad lehh. but weekday guard duty are 12 hr shifts while weekend gotta di 24 hr. its like 2hr duty, 4hr rest, 2 hr duty again on and on until the 24hr is up. and we could choose either sentry or prowler duty. sentry is like just stand at the jetty and watch for suspicious ppl la. prowler gotta walk round and round the school. and my buddy so cleverly volunteered to be prowler, so i had to join him prowling la. why? cos he wanted to see "exciting" stuff at night, especially after hearing all the stories about the obstacle course area, what lady in white/red sitting on the wall or smth. wah walk until dunno how many blisters come out la. and my pinky toenail dropped out. so now im toenail-less. how cool is that. but we did drop by the canteen to buy some snacks while on duty hahaha lucky nv get caught :p and during break time, i read up quite abit on the scholarship and career magazines. but i still dunno what to apply for leh!! so irritating! its like if i make a wrong choice then its like screwing up my future right!
hmm oh ya dad and sis came to my graduation parade today! had a downpour just before it was about time to begin and i was quite disappointed. like if really parade cancelled due to rain, then all our rehearsals would be a waste. luckily the rain died down. but we were already quite drenched la. haha ok some pics taken by my sis! havent posted pics for long time!
and just came back from supper with my family! i think i've learnt to treasure times like these much more after entering army. had durian and you tiao and soya bean and bean curd and shao1 bing3 (hot biscuit after direct translation). wah looks like im set to fail my next ippt man. oh did i mention i got silver for ippt yay! but doubt il be going to ocs. aiya but whatever la i just hope this 2 years end quickly! alright.

like a polaroid picture
yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa! was totally sstunned when i heard my name being called by lim chye tin today. and it feels dam goooood to get this burden off my shoulders!! ive been really worrying the past few days bout my results la. seriously. i thought bio was totally out of the question too cos i rmb i only wrote i think half a page for my entire essay questions! i dunno how it turned out like that, but all i can say is God answers prayers!
soooo yea got special mention for being an sas boy. and doing pretty well again in jc.
can still rmb the few hrs before our results were released, we were nervous like shit la! me sebas and kev watched "the pursuit of happyness" in the morning. haha to supposedly make ourselves happy before getting results. but its such a sad show!! really really touching! by the time rong joined us for lunch at carls jr, we were panicking already hahaha. kevin kept saying "if i get bcc or bbc i jump down already" and all his nonsense about his bets with other ppl, like if he get dunno what grade then ppl must treat him lunch. then if he get gd grades also ppl will treat him. then its like he get any grade also will have ppl treat him lor hahaha.
at first when we reach sch and saw cw's face, i thought its game over for me. she like so serious face like that la hahaha. then lim chye tin went thru the % passes and A-B for each subjects. then for the sciences were all like 50% A and Bs and i thought i was a goner. and gp only 10 or 11% distinction some more!
and yeaa many ppl did extremely well too! haha and sas boys were pretty gd ok!
oh ya and i got UNGRADED for maths s paper hahaha. when i told that to my dad, he didnt understand what ungraded meant!! he thought there was some marking mistake or smth then no grade come out hAHahahah!!
and why puma shoes always dont have my size sia!

heh gotta sleep soon! booking in at discovery centre tmr morning at 845. they should have this every week la! then i got the whole sunday free. if not its always such a rush on sundays. today was great! had a nice and warm steamboat at home with family! had codfish, bacon on top of the usual stuff.
met sebas and peiyu this afternoon too. was supposed to watch dreamgirls but didnt cos too little ppl and no timings la. haha yay peiyu wants to watch letters from iwo jima also! i thought most ppl find that kinda show boring, but i like! and was also too late when me and sebas went to check timings for ghost rider at the cathay so didnt catch that either. so all we did today was eat and shop, which was pretty fine with me! sebas got a new pair of puma shoes la basket. i found a nice mat pair also hahaha but no my size la basket!! i must get my hands on them soon! haha it has wierd words written all over it like "im lonely i like purple i am from earth" dunno wad la. dam cool la and only $59 haha. ok not exactly cheap but, i havent shopped for real long! and saw a nice nike bag also. dunno whether its considered a tote or what la. but also can double as a backpack. ahhh too much shopping wants! finally had japanese sauce noodles from taka basement today too! and the dunno what yummy ice cream from the same place. haha peiyu says i always choose the icecream flavours that look like shit, literally! esp those dark choc and stuff haha!
yesterday had a mini gathering at ren's house. with rong peiyu and kevin. haha i brought my brownie cookies for them la. then walao it became a punishment for whoever lost at heart attack/bridge. that bad meh?? haha and kevin spent most of his time there doing a super hard sudoku puzzle. i think he only filled less than 5 boxes throughout the entire time there la hhaha. then went to meet benny in the evening. and realised its a bad idea to have ice kacang right before a movie cos u will freeze before u even sit down in the cinema! we had time before our show so we walked around outside ps and cathay all the way to smu to warm up from the ice kacang haha. watched protege! really gd show, kinda like infernal affairs in a way, but not so much flashbacks. and benny is a bloody paedophile he keeps saying the little girl dam cute hahaha! which i agree is true la.
hmm oh about sitest, i think it was ok la. but dont tthink i really excelled in my missions. got a really tough mission when it was my turn man.
and 7 out of 13 of my section mates got confined this weekend man! haha thats more than half! khairi said they had a fun time during confinement some more sia. haha actually not bad leh when so many ppl kenna confined together. like party like that lor!

oh God please dont tell me that this has been in vain
alright! the past few days have been great! spent the majority of the time with my family in malaysia. ate LOTS and LOTS of new yr goodies. and i finally got to keep my ringgit angpaos!
met up with rong peiyu kevin kanesh and sebas on the night i booked out! for a veryyyy short while only tho. i reached there late for a 10pm show EPIC MOVIE. heh. bad show. i would have given it negative rating man. the first few jokes were ok, then it got lamer and lamer. after the show ended i was like YAY. went to yoshi to sit around for awhile before everyone left.
ok i think i shall blog a little bout field camp! ok firstly the combat rations food is pretty edible leh! and they got all kinds of exotic names for the food like oregano chicken pasta, chicken pongtay rice, glutinous rice with rendang chicken.. not as disgusting as ppl made them out to be la! eat already wont vomit wan la. and got dessert some more! i love the green bean with coconut milk!
ok erm sleeping conditions? got to sleep in bashas for the 1st 2 nights. didnt really like bashas cos its so cramped inside. and my basha was ontop of this rocky area so it hurt my back when i slept haha! the next 2 nights were on groundsheet without shelter. i think its the best la! no cramped feeling and not stuffy and can see the stars also! haha yes so exciting we spent valentines day like that!! with my buddy lying on the groundsheet looking at stars omg so ghey!! yes and on the last night we had to dig a hole, sort of like a coffin. deep enough such that the body is completely below ground level. digging that thing took half a day la!
hope i dont get confined! cos there was once i left my rifle unattended when i went to throw rubbish. then the turban sergeant guy noticed. argh i cant believe i was so careless la basket!

field camp!
had a really SHORT weekend! it just flew by like that! wont be booking out next week too cos i'll be having field camp. so only coming out on chinese new yr weekend! and prob wont get much time to meetup u guys cos i'll be going malaysia from 17 to 19 feb i think. hmm hope i survive the next 2 weeks!
attended benny's church service yesterday. was great! the message was about perspectives haha. and the bible passage was about caleb and joshua. went for late late late night movie with benny after that. blood diamond is a gd show! but was too tired and fell asleep a bit during the show. quite sad, esp about how they train kids to kill and stuff. by the time i reached home, was 3 plus already. slept at 4 and woke up this morning at 7.50 to rong's phonecall. ahhh super sleep deprived! met her fawn and sebas at serene macs for breakfast. this weekend ive been eating non stop fast food! last night had long johns, plus macs this morn, and kfc for lunch! yea we all went to fawn's church after breakfast. nice going back to the sch building eh! and then went ps for lunch at kfc. how to not get fat like that!! got a new cap though!
aiya ive gained more than 2kg since enlisting leh. how come ah?!?! ppl lose weight but im opposite. walao!

one of the best days in my life! thanks benny for all the encouragement and everything! yea its time to change the way i see things. no more aimlessness and time for more purposefulness! not gonna settle for just being ordinary too. alright! looking back, i wouldnt have had this meaningful talk if blood diamond wasnt sold out, or if rong wasnt working! hahaha and i dont believe its just coincidence. its God trying to get me back on path i believe! off to bed now!

little things that count
not in a pretty high mood now. kinda wasted the better part of today at home. i dunno how im gonna survive the next week in camp! the thought is killing me. and still have homework to do?!?! they want us to write reflections on our 1st 2 weeks in army and do appraisals for the commanders as well. and gotta get digital photos printed. arghhh wish i could rewind time!

the past 2 weeks seeemed like eternity!! im sooo glad to have this weekend to catch up with friends and family man! i seriously never thought i was capable of missing my friends and even for that matter, my family, this much. after the 1st week i was already dying. i think going to army made me treasure friends and family much much more. sheeesh sounds so cliche right. i dunno how im gonna go back there on sunday man.
a rough timetable in the army is wakeup at 0530, then go for breakfast. after that will be area cleaning. and the first lesson usually starts after 730. sometimes there will be some free time after lunch as well, around 12 to 1.30pm. if theres nothing on at night, then theres usually free time as well from about 9 to 1030 la. lights out at 1030. everyday the same thing. so monotonous la.
anyway for physical training we usually have things like AGR, 30:60, or strength training. agr is just like 20-30min of continuous running. 30:60 is like 30sec sprint, then 60min of slow jog, many sets.
but what i hate most is the obstacle course la dammit. actually i hate anything that involves wearing the helmet!
ohhh about my bunk (they call it section in the army)! heard that my section is the only one in the whole company that has non-jc students! 6 out of the 13 in my section in fact! some are like 4 years older than me some more. and got another guy in my section studied in australia before coming back to serve ns so he got angmoh accent. and the instructors call him mr australia. then there are these 2 guys with tattoos also. one guy with a tiger and one with a skeleton. and they are called TIGER and GOTHIC respectively haha! oh ya my platoon instructors all quite nice one la. got 1 turban guy some more. but thats for now la. heard that everythings gonna be alot tougher after the 2nd book in. dammit. anw pretty tired now. just went out with sebas rong fawn for movie, the illusionist. it sucks! but nice meeting everyone! haiya i think i grew fatter la. the food they serve in the army is like double my usual servings la. and met kevin just now also for awhile. hahaha i think his shaved head not bad eh! funky! and i also wanna give tuition to sec 3 bimbos leh hahahah! future paris hiltons.

the last goodnight.
omg last chance at blogging before going army! didnt expect packing my stuff to take so long. im screwed if i dont get enough sleep.. but cant resist this last minute blogging effort to note down all exciting stuff over the past 2 days! in brief of course. not BRIEFS. ahha ok lame.
haha met up with kanesh sebas fawn rong peiyu at holland yesterday! after a really long time planning. haha. it was crazy man. first me kanesh and fawn ate at chachacha's. some mexican food. then went to indochine for drinks. then went breko, for more finger food! haha it was like eat drink eat. oh yea that afternoon also i met uncle kc. was kinda like a catch up session and preparing me mentally for ns.
ok today! wanted to swim in the morn but it just had to start drizzling as i was about to leave the house! but decided to heck the rain and go anyway. and todays plan was kinda messy and hazy. didnt really follow the original plan sorry guys! but blessings in disguise! cos when i reached tp swimming complex, i went in and swam for only 15 min before some idiot brought the vacuum cleaner thingy into the pool and started cleaning the pool. then some lifeguard dragged a sign to the front of the pool "cleaning in progress please use other pool" omg. jacked! but didnt bother to wait la. but just nice lucky the guy started cleaning at that time! or i wouldnt have been able to meet charm for awhile! hahaha she was so shocked with my hair and specs and everything. i look like a little china boy omg! haha badddd hair la. and mc cafe iced coffee is NOT good. after that went down to minds cafe at clarke quay with karthi shawntan stanley austen. benho and benny came later. haha had lots of fun there!! it was wayyyy crazy. my first time there man. but prob wont be able to go there much more. yea. its a nice cafe with lots of board games. kinda like our old student centre but wayyyy much more updated games and a larger variety. we started with a super draggy game of carrom. then moved on to adversity. haha some retarded game bout advertisements and slogans. but was damn funny cos the slogans were like "put a smile on his prostate" or "some like it big, some like it small" and the categories for the slogans were like g-string, peanut butter, vaseline, hotdogs, ding dongs, etc. super random and funny! played jenga with truth or dare too! and charades. omg there was this one super funny incident! i picked a card with category "in the army" and the phrase they had to guess was "clean the gun" and i had to use a cylindrical sponge thingy as a prop. so i did the hand action like moving my hand up and down the cylinder with a tissue paper la! i mean its supposed to be like polishing the gun barrel with a cloth what!! but those sickos straight away guess wanking!?!?! omg hahahha so funny. and there was this retarded game where we had to draw anything we interpreted from a topic. within like 1 min. hahaha can see that we all guys cant draw for nuts. karthi was damn funny for one time!! the topic was "sheep" but he saw it as "sleeeeep". so while we all drew the animal sheep or something, he drew 2 lovers in bed hanky pankying hahahaha!! of course he was voted the wierdest artist.
after minds cafe i went to meet family for dinner in the end at bugis fishnco. hahah wanted to go for 2nd round at crispy prata place but was too full after dinner already. oh welllll what a day!! gotta sign off now.

stand up, stand up for s______. my chicken ass backside la
teachers visiting day + pekkkkking duck + kolam ayer + jalan kayu is too much!! exciting and enjoying life seriously! but damn. it just makes the thought harder to bear. limiting my free days to just half the weekends? shit la im really gonna miss my life. omg this is soo depressing. even more when i realise its only 2 days away. i think this might actually be how jason felt just before leaving singapore. argh i feel the pain man brudddda. and i get "bonus" 2 days stay in "beach resort" (quote mdm lee) also since i enlist on a thursday, and am only gonna be let out on a saturday. so its actually 2 weeks + 2 days confinement, while those who go in on a saturday get only 2 full weeks. ok i shall stop whining about this stupid depressing sstuff alright.
ok we were SUPPOSED to meet this morn at macs at 10. ahha i was supposed to be on time wan leh i woke up before 9! but like always, somehow rong reach the expressway busstop first miraculously. i think i can count with the fingers on 1 hand how many times i reach first hahahah! by the time we reached macs already 45 min late i think. sorry my bad :p
so me peiyu fawn rong kevin walked to school first. (cos sebas was still sleeeeeping) met most of the teachers. mdm lee was really funny! say i cut hair so early kay kiang ah. and all the teachers like got standard questions one leh. "caleb, sebas hows army?" and for the girls, "got a job yet?" and for kevin "when u going in ah?" and seriously, shaving ur head makes a great conversation starter HAHA!
had lunch at crystal jade holland v. cos we were planning to go movie marathoning at rongs house after that! and also we wanted a goooood lunch. must enjoy life mah! peking duck was great! first time i ate the crystal jade one. i thought normally is they just give a thin layer of crispy pork skin only. and straight after that i had to rush off for soccer on a full stomach haha. suicide man. reached there a full hour late! but was great seeing everyone again! ppl like benho, karthigasan whom i havent seen in ages. ian and teenesh too! alright me herngliang and teenesh are going in on consecutive days. after the game me karthi stanley austen shawntan beho went jalan kayu for prataaa! haha think its my first time going out with this bunch of guys. haha and throughout the whole journey there they were telling us jokes about their sec4 classes. omg i havent laughed this much in a long time seriously!! here's one: there's this one short guy in my class (4sa) who joined with karthi's class 4se for science practical during o lvls. then after the time was up for practical, the examiner said "if ur done, pls stand up" and everyone stood up. but the examiner waited for realll long before pointing at short guy and asking "are u ready? can u stand up?" haha and that was only on the journey to jln kayu. its sooo boys school right! then after we finished our pratas we played truth or truth. by spinning a fork on the table hahahah how retarded is that! but yea and with all guys there u can figure out what kinda stupid things they ask each other la. the questions always go "how many times...?" or "when was the first time u...?" haha i forsee more of this in the army life dammit.
alright thats for today. but on sunday, we also met to go escape theme park! my virgin experience at escape haha. rong kevin fawn ren. haha accomplishment for me ok!! i sat MANY rides which ive never sat or never thought i would ever sit in my life seriously!! usually i'll be wasting money at bumper cars (HAHAHAH) or some lame shit. but first time viking ship! they keep forcing me to sit at the last row with them la so toot. still say no kick some more. and they say must raise ur hands and scream then u will feel shiok. but i cant i will feel i will be left in mid air when the ship is at its peak and begins to drop! so natural reflex to grab the handle in front wad! at least i didnt chicken out of anything ok. and we sat the 15m drop water ride! and got seriously wet. i was shivering after that. haha like soggy fries like that. cos i was wearing yellow/brown zigzag shirt. and haunted house was gay. actually it wasnt as scary as most other haunted houses leh. all just machines shaking abit only. but its cos they make me walk right in front ma!! then the one in front always kena scared first. and sat the pepsi whatever thing. and the RAINBOW which was decievingly exciting. fawns slipper flew off halfway while we were dropping down!! hahaha then some cheenapok girls in front kept going "shui de tuo xie ah?" haha! oh yea rong's cap also flew off a couple of times. lucky got it back la. the go kart was the biggest time waster. queue so long but play so short only. left the theme park at about 8 plus.. went to macs for dinner. fawn was says she hasnt had HEART ATTACK eating mcwings for a long time haha! the way she said heart attack sounded real funny. actually she meant something like heart burn or what la. but heart attack?!?! and macdonalds now have a prosperity meal! seriously what does prosperity mean huh??

ok we were SUPPOSED to meet this morn at macs at 10. ahha i was supposed to be on time wan leh i woke up before 9! but like always, somehow rong reach the expressway busstop first miraculously. i think i can count with the fingers on 1 hand how many times i reach first hahahah! by the time we reached macs already 45 min late i think. sorry my bad :p
so me peiyu fawn rong kevin walked to school first. had lunch at crystal jade holland v. cos we were planning to go movie marathoning at rongs house after that! and also we wanted a goooood lunch. must enjoy life mah! peking duck was great! first time i ate the crystal jade one. i thought normally is they just give a thin layer of crispy pork skin only. and straight after that i had to rush off for soccer on a full stomach haha. suicide man. reached there a full hour late! but was great seeing everyone again! ppl like benho, karthigasan whom i havent seen in ages. ian and teenesh too! alright me herngliang and teenesh are going in on consecutive days. after the game me karthi stanley austen shawntan beho went jalan kayu for prataaa! haha think its my first time going out with this bunch of guys. haha and throughout the whole journey there they were telling us jokes about their sec4 classes. omg i havent laughed this much in a long time seriously!! here's one: there's this one short guy in my class (4sa) who joined with karthi's class 4se for science practical during o lvls. then after the time was up for practical, the examiner said "if ur done, pls stand up" and everyone stood up. but the examiner waited for realll long before pointing at short guy and asking "are u ready? can u stand up?" i wish we all could make our mothers proud
ARMY MARKET!! screw army man. its stupid (especially if you die because the guy beside you pulls the pin on a grenade and throws.. the pin.)
we met at lavender mrt. one of the few times we actually meet up at the near-east side of singapore?? and one of the few times im actually the first to arrive?? hahaha seriously. new yr resolution ah. kick the habit of reaching late haha. rong came soon after and sebas came after after. and fawn came after after after and met us at the army market itself. she knows her way man! first thing when we reached there, we saw this shop selling fake converse sneakers. looks pretty real and going for $29! haha ok "FOCUS, SEBAS!" so we went on to get our neccessities. like prickly heat, black tape, nailclipper.. spent bout $20+ there. and this other shop aunty who must have tried really hard to attract us potential customers. like really really tried so hard she had to go to extremes hahaha! "come see our stuff, handsome! very cheap!" and "come again ok pretty". hahaha see what i mean?? :p
went to a watch shop to get cheap watch and alarm clock. yes today was a day of countless ripoffs. the uncle anyhow quote price one lor.
had dinner at ikea! havent been there in ages! and im a hawker centre person! hahah fiona xie - coffee talks and hawker woks? what does (poached) in poached salmon mean?? a poacher is a hunter so poached salmon means hunted salmon? means its not caught by a fishing rod or fishing net? literally hunted? hahaha ok thinking too much.
headed down to bukit merah after dinner. hahaha while me n sebas were looking for cheap undies to get for army, we saw this damn funny bright red briefs!! hahaha with chinese words at the top that read something like gong1 xi3. i think its the kind ppl wear to go gambling on cards or mahjong for gd luck. hahah! and gd for taking exams also eh :p secret tactic!
sebas got a cheap camera-less phone from a 2nd hand shop too. i think $65 is a pretty gd bargain. dunno. nice model anyway. and i got ripped off for paying $30 for a 2nd hand spare battery dammit.
ok then MOST EXcITING event!! the barber! standard number 1 cut hahahahah. my sis just said i look wierd in the new hair. she says like a small boy. but its gd cos i dont have to wait for hair to dry before sleeping like i used to! cos it dries by the time i towel dry my body! hahahahah! really no kidding! $7 haircut. i think the uncle doesnt have a pretty good sense of style though. cut my hair like cheenapok. urgh.

the stranger in the mirror
like a virgin! hahah. amateurs in zouk last night. met fawn kevin sebas rong at tiong bahru for dinner first. but i was late as usual. cos was busy with OTAH earlier haha! and we watched night at the museum. 2nd time for me. i think i must watch movies twice to fully understand them!
okayyy about the club. it smelled funky. yes and we all continued smelling funky all the way home cos of the smoke. and sebas got this 2 jugs of ice lemon tea-looking drink under the 1 for 1 thing or something. i could only take less than half! while sebas took most of it and got himself really high haha. i think everyone was high la including kevin hahahah! and peiyu brought along her baller friends with sirps included! hah. left prematurely, at about 2. and saw a whole gang of sa ppl. the sh gang, some councilors, some looking half-dead. i think i was relatively sober last night actually yea.
anw gonna make army specs now! the black plastic standard type. and gonna postpone my haircut till later. maybe next week la. decided not to tan my scalp hahaha! i mean no point actually. why would i wanna impress army boys anyway?!?! and army shopping with sebas tmr. and escape (for the first time in my life, hopefully) on sunday! cant wait!

i think i'm moving but i'm going nowhere
happy new yr ppl! dunno what the hype is all about every 31st december though. but well. lots of things havent been going smoothly throughout the past year. i believe it hasnt been gd for most ppl either. i mean everyone has their fair share of problems dont they? but what do you do when you hit the end of the road? pray? stay in denial?
think my spiritual life has kinda gone way down the drain this year. i think watchnight service made me realise alot of things. and its never too late to back! and better get everything sorted out before i enter army! u know mental and spiritual preperation haha. sounds like some guru like that but a mans gotta do what a mans gotta do. yes pls kick me in the head IF i ever pick up smoking ok!!

anyway this week has been a week of many surprises! crabshack with dc+c was a great catch up session! before proceeding to liquid kitchen and getting my face all red after only half a glass. took turns grilling each other. while me and dc would keep saving each our asses. i'll just say i enjoyed the whole thing.
cousin came back from malaysia! staying at my place for a week. yea the one who uses my room. and also met my maid in church on new yr's eve at watchnight service. apparently cos my cousin was in town with her friends earlier that night and met her while shopping, so they went church together. wow she got a new angmoh employer staying in orchard cool eh.
met up with khairul yesterday too. haha i've owed him this date since i think before prelims? hahah he's a great guy man. still going back to help out in the schools too. hahahah and secret agendas in sas!!! watched night at the museum! hahahah ok its funny i admit! but its got a lame happy ending. but still.. owen wilson is damn funny!

the movie (stranger than fiction) is really nice!! possibly in my top10 list! haha perhaps its a gd thing night at the museum was selling out yea?
its really nice meeting everyone again after such a longgggg time! esp ren since exam days! really miss school days alot man. haha. rong gave us this DAMN NICE thing to hang on our handphones. its like a mini vial of purple liquid with a piece of stone inside with our names written on it. from malaysia haha! and it came wrapped with a string and a jingly bell. u know kinda like those things babies chain around their ankles so they wont get lost? and parents can find them by following the sound?? hahaha yea me and sebas were forced to wear it around our necks! spasmmm man. and peiyu gave us cards and hazelnut wafer and chewy sweets! hahaha so her cards are so funny! nose hair! and last time what gay spat. at least she spelt gay shat correctly this time haha!
i brought my gardenia lunchbox of double chocchip cookies and brownies today! hope it was nice eh? the brownie wasnt suppose to be in a cupcake shape! cos the dough was too watery and it couldnt set in place haha. and sebas thought it was instant cookie mix omg. i do from afternoon to night leh how can be instant mix! hahahah no wonder so nice right! peiyu took the whole box off to give her bballers. cos she had to rush off to a FRIENDLY game. haha such a busy beeeeeee.
got a zigzaggy polo tee from topman! end of season sale ma. everyone says it looks wierd. ok la maybe kind of. but i like quirky! hurhurhur! well u never know when u'l need it. haha ok TRYING TO CONSOLE MYSELF. yess i got wierd taste haha. in every sense of the word :p

omg i just spent 90% of today doing fab lebs fabulous wondrous amazing gorgeous sexy divine heavenly absolutely time-wasting chocolatey choclate cookies!! so gay i started at 3+ pm, after going all the way to ntuc fairprice (even gayer) and only finished washing up at 11pm!! retarded i tell u! and only ended up with 3 jars of stuff. perhaps partly cos i kept stealing whatevers coming out of the oven hehe. and chocolate chips which were supposed to go into the cookies.. ha ok i think fatness is arriving sooner than expected. and it rained the whole day today some more. spoilt my exercise plan! hope tmrs better!

firstly malaysia wedding is weirddd. the waiters and waitresses have super lame uniforms - a red polo tee with their own jeans/skirts and track shoes?!?! haha. and they serve tea in plastic containers?? and the emcee was some ahlian with super short skirt and thick gothic makeup and look like getai singer. and throughout the whole dinner there were uncles and aunties taking turns going up the stage to sing karaoke. bad bad bad!
on christmas eve we went to malacca! ate at a fantastic chinese restaurant for lunch! and got new watch heheh.! and cool shades from those roadside stalls! only RM10 haha can wear and throw away kind. then at night we went to this night market thing. and had some famous laksa thingy. nyonya (i dunno howto spell) style or something. supposed to be sour and spicy. but to me, it tasted, seriously, like puke. and they were selling these tortoise keychains which lights up and goes "muacksmuacks I LOVE YOU muacks!" when u press a button. hahahah and my sister got one. i wonder for who. and its my younger sis btw!
went to grandpa's church on christmas day itself (today!) it was in chinses so.. yea. but the message is still the same. every yr ppl get too caught up in the festive mood they forget the real reason of christmas!

yay my cable tv just got fixed! upgraded to digital cable. and i now temporarily have ALL the channels!! haha take that peiyu, who dont have mtv! :p ok i just watched the legend of zorro just now. haha cos they say i look like zorro cos i got white patch around my eyes, caused by my black goggles when i go swimming. ha and watched american pie 2. remember watching it with friends before.. but still funny nontheless! censored of course. my younger sis was watching it beside me la then she keep asking weird questions. like when the guy squeeze a tube of superglue to ahem and he thought it was lub (lubricant). then my sis kept asking me whats he doing?? so i just say ermmm not for kids. hahaha! and she says "im not a kid already ok im a teenager!" omg i got jacked.
been a rather boring week yes. why is everyone going to watch night at the museum its brainless show like jumanji! i bet golden flower is much better hehe. oh the holiday (the movie) was great actually! unexpectedly good! jude law and cameron diaz eh. and the 2 daughters so cute heh heh paedophile. yes and i remember giving sebas rong fawn to try the cookies i baked. yes i baked double peanut butter chip cookies! and i really thought it was nice ok when i tried it fresh from the oven haha. ok of course one will say his cooking best. haah i brought 2 mini boxes of cookies to let them try. and at the end of the day still got half left! haha at least rong brought 1 box home yay :) if not i'll look like a wierdu to my mum. not that bad what! ok im gonna make it crisper next time!

the very next day you gave it away
hello! gonna blog bout my taiwan trip! no pics at the moment cos they're all in my sis laptop. and im using dads. but ok yea i cant rmb what happened on which day actually ahah!
day 1
excitement started on day 1! even before checking in the flight! cos.. my stupid passport expires on 1 june 2007. and today (the day i left sg) was 9 december. and u know requirements for overseas flight is 6 months validity on ur passport. so ghey i just missed by 8 days! but the guy at the counter say if i take the flight to taiwan, immigration there will just reject me entry and send me back to sg. what the. actually i wasnt panicking much. hahaha! cos the idea of staying in sg wasnt that bad anyway! rather than going to hot springs in taiwan right! but anw, took a cab from airport to home to take my IC, then continued by cab to the immigration building in lavender to extend passport. u know normally u must take a queue no and wait a few hrs just to do that? haha dunno how my dad talked to some lady at the counter and we jumped queue to the next in line! haha must run in the genes eh :p yea which was great cos theres still a flight to catch. cabbed back to airport and made it there with like half an hr to spare to the departing time! whoo! can select your own movies to watch on the plane! not like those one tv in front of one whole section kind. yea watched SCOOP! haha so-so movie la. and u could select from albums of music on the plane! there was the latest albums of muse, keane, paris HILTON!, scissors sisters.. yea great stuff. by the time we landed in taipei airport, was abt 7pm there i think. same time zone as sg. given a ride to the hotel and dropped of there. dinner wasnt provided so we roamed nearby the hotel and found several steamboat kinda shops. and we ate in this one like seoul garden/marina bay that kind of buffet steamboat/bbq thingy. wah eat until damn full!! but it really think its nicer than singapore seoul garden!
day 2
the day with the only decent buffet breakfast! btw the first hotel was wierd and lousy and smelly. actually ALL except 1 were lousy. ok yes we met our tour group for the first time! we didnt meet at airport cos ppl came in diff flights and stuff. got some malaysians in the tourgroup also. got a hot stufffz from sg! haha but she speak chinese wan leh errr. went to several landmarks. its damn stupid la tour groups. pay money just to sit the coach for 2 hrs, reach destination, get down and take pictures for 15min, get up bus again, sit another 2 hrs. thats exactly how i think i get fat on the trip la. eat breakfast, sit on bus, eat lunch, sit.. even worse if i doze off on the bus la.
went to this place which supposedly produces the best lingzhi in the world. and sold wierd stuff including a deer foetus. its damn sick! supposed to be able to cure many kinds of long term illnesses. and my mum has morning sinus so she ask the salesgirl to recommend. of course they recommend the most expensive thing right. so she bought 1 deer foetus, which was actually a real life size thing at first! then they put in the machine and grind on the spot into powder! urgh. and i had to try 1 scoop of it. yes and they bought lingzhi too. just like that time go korea buy so much ginseng, until now still not half finished yet. yes and i think the lingzhi and stuff cost more than the entire trip to taiwan man. lots of beautiful scenery as well during the bus journey. travelled by the mountainside, which was facing the sea. really nice stuff! pictures soon yea. can see the horizon some more! had a cultural performance at night at this village. supposed to be traditional dance kinda thing. but the woman kept shouting yeeha! and yoo! like cowboy like that la. and the last segment was the everyone come and dance together segment. haha obviously i didnt.

first night market! there were 3 night markets in total throughout the whole thing. this one was the smallest. they all sell mainly chains and pendants and that kinda stuff. and bags and caps and shoes and girl clothes. urgh so non guy-friendly.

hot springs! had to wear shower cap to enter haha. and trunks of course. theres a medium hot pool, a hot pool, and a COLD pool. the cold pool was a killer!! especially right after coming out from the hot pool. night market again after that. and went to the worlds tallest building or smth, the taipei 101. but didnt go up the tower cos it was rainy and at the top, u wont be able to see anything cos the clouds would be covering. and the entrance fee was abt $20 singapore. so went to the shopping complex side of the building haha. got espirit, fcuk, giordano, hangten.. kinda similar to sg. and the prices are about the same also after conversion. and there, the discounts are damn wierd. its like everywhere 7% or 8% or 5% kind. seldom above 10!

remember them taking us to some wierd fortune telling place. the guy went on and on bout fengshui and how to improve ur luck, prosperity, wealth, etc. he said something bout the name u give ur children is impt. cos got smth to do with the number of strokes in each chinese character. 9 strokes are excellent cos both HUANG and DI in the emperor has 9 strokes. so lame right! but anw the rong in rongzhao (or rongrong for that matter) is 9 strokes if u write with the 2 "huo" on top! haha yay! but my zhao is 10 stroke in the traditional writing. and those 10 or 20 are supposedly bad cos got a zero behind which means.. bad! and some trivia: he said lee kwan yew wanted singaporeans to carry gd luck everyhwere they go, but it would be ridiculous to give everyone an amulet of some sort to carry around! so he made the $1 with 8 sides! yea. and even more, he said smth bout some buildings in the cbd built in a shape like a hand, and the merlion was what spitting water into the hand, symbolizing throwing wealth into ur own hand. hahahah! and duh after the talk session, he ask everyone go and write their chinese name for him then he will tell you more about what ur name means and stuff. i didnt go cos i dont think all these are right in the first place. and then also u find out u supposedly have a bad future ahead of u, u will keep worrying if its true and when its gonna happen and stuff like that. so no point right? same for going to temple to get divinity lots to predict ur future. dont sue me for this man im just saying whats on my mind haha! and yes for those ppl who went to write their names, it was actually just a ploy to cheat our money la! hahah cos for every bad thing they predict for u, they have amulets ready! to wear them on ur neck or keep in pocket or smth to ward off the bad luck. and they cost thousands! (i think taiwan is out to cheat our money)
also went to this place specializing in producing royal jelly and bee pollen. another out-to-cheat-your-money place. yes and my parents got conned again. "health is wealth" they will say haha. and i gotta eat that sick royal jelly every morning. it tastes like sour cheese! urgh. and its stored in the freezer. supposed not to come into contact with any hot things or it wont be effective. so i told mum "i so hot if i eat not effective right hahaha". at night we had the last and biggest night market! at shihlin! where the shihlin street snacks xxl chicken originated from. yes the xxl chicken there is really one piece of chicken and they dont cut it up for u. and with all the chicken bones intact some more. hahaha so mar fan to eat! and ate smelly beancurd! and those taiwan sausages thingy which are so-so. and drank bittergourd with pineapple juice. totally gross! and yea many more snacks. and the non-food section of night market had really little guy stuff! so was kinda wasting my time there. and with my 2 sisters there, its practically impossible to find any stuff for me. cos they stop at EVERY stall! so irritating. stop and stop but nv buy anything. and not only that, throughout the whole 5 days, they will stop at any wierd location to pose for pictures. i think my elder sis took with every christmas tree she came across in taiwan. ha.

back to singapore! wokeup at 4am. we were the only family leaving on that flight cos some extended their tour an extra day and others took the night flight. watched step up on the plane haha its stupid i think. brainless show as i say.
YAY finished all 6 days!! oh ya and on a random note, my tour bus driver is called lao fu zi. and on the bus, its printed lao fu zi as well hahahah!

always leave the ground
hey going taiwan in a few hrs! just finished packing a while ago. haha hate last minute packing.. so stressing la! and its supposedly winter there now. but the brochure the agency mailed over said the average temp range was 19-27 degrees or smth. and we packed like seriously winter clothes la. like gonna wear 4 layers when we go out there la! i think its going a little too far eh but i'll just wait and see.
had kolam ayer soccer today! ppl there: brian benny shane amos shawntan nicktan alivin(amos' bro) puden. but was a little bit irritated before and after the thing. well i was the organiser mah. and u know how frustrating when u mass sms ppl and ppl take their time to reply. some even 30 min before our meeting time. its very hard to work with unconfirmed numbers of ppl going if u didnt know! and also i booked the court so had to pay the booking fee myself first. but obviously must split the cost right? and im not whining over some small amt of money. its cos this has happened many times and it really amounts to alot! some will say things like "er pay you back the next time i meet u k?" (most likely they will forget) aiya each person not even $1 not say alot what, but if everyone doesnt pay then i lose alot mah.
ha ok i might seem overly skeptical but maybe its cos i had this classmate in sec2, everyday say he forget his wallet or some other reason. and borrow taxi/bus money home from me. sometimes 50cent sometimes $2 and even $10. and i dunno why i was so dumb i just "lent" him the money la. obviously i didnt get them back duh. and my pocket money at that time was $20 a week only i think! thats like about half my pocket money going to this guys taxi fare! yea guess thats why i dont like this owing money thingy.
and my ipod actually works!! haha u know why it couldnt update songs? cos all the while my songs on the pc were in the wrong folder! so the itunes couldnt locate the file! hahaha so ghey la. yay my ipod has survived i think close to 10 drops!

life taught me to die
totally forgot to blog bout today! outing with brian! hahaha. met up with him, benny, amos and shane today. met benny first cos he wanted to play abit of pool. well better than slacking at home i think! haha when brian arrived it was damn funny! he was carrying this plastic bag (the kind from a wet market) with a box of oreo wafer sticks and some other candies. he said it was meant as souvenier for us hahahaha! as in he got them from australia! then he show us the oreo box which says "made in australia" omg damn funny! then even funnier, he opened the box (which was supposed to contain 18 sticks inside) and it was half eaten!! like only left 10 inside. and he said "sorry just now on the taxi here got traffic jam and i was damn hungry so i ate some" HAHAHA! and btw throughout the whole night he kept snacking on his own oreo sticks until when we went home, there was none left!!
oh yea kevin andrew thesman eh scandal scandal! why u nv greet ur fellow indo with a ngentot lu!
then shane and amos came. dinner at yoshi was a ripoff as usual. damn i hate all these fast foods which charge $2+ for a small drink. and i suggested neoprints haha! but benny dont want leh he scared paiseh. but its ok wan wad 5 guys take together. not say 2 guys so ghey ma. so we went and did something really sec sch-play lan! then went to catch flags of our fathers. really gd and meaningful show ok! worth my money yeah. but gory too, seeing heads blown off and stuff like that. haha makes u think twice bout going ns doesnt it?

okay where i left off! oh ya i think priscilla's answer to the q&a segment was way past cool!! haha the "my friends ask me not to answer any questions, just stand here smile and look pretty" BEST leh.
ok after prom we headed down to indochine for a drink. tried lychee martini. haha i ate the lychee in a very wierd manner. but its nice! dunno why the girls said was bitter. but didnt expect it to be so strong leh. after about half the glass i already abit dingdong like that. haha u should have seen how red my face was after that. but i was perfectly sane ok. better than rong would was talking in slurs haha!
didnt go for post prom! cos we were inexperienced i guess. but he had just as much fun anyway. cabbed back to fawn's house and celebrated sebassss bday! haha surprise surprise! and talked nonsense and played taboo. come on u gotta admit my taboo skills are ownage man!!

tongue-tied and in a dilemma
"hello rong u got skinny TIE right?"
that day before prom i was just walkin around lookin for shoes ma. and thinking of whether i should get jacket. and whether i should really get bow tie! then decided on gettin skinny tie to go with jacket. walao then i call rong and guess what. she just go "huh?" like 10 times and kept laughing. cos.. she thought i say skinny THIGH hahahahahahahhahah! oh pls why would i say something like that! like some sicko perv.
now that prom is over, i think shopping so much for clothes wasnt worth it la. not really the money, more of the time and the stresssssing over what to wear. now it doesnt seem like a really big deal. like so many guys there wear so casual.. got shirt and jeans kind some more. and david wong wore v-neck tshirt revealing a BUSH of chest hair la OMG!!! so disgusting!
and cw sat our table. so wierddd. like we still gotta behave ourselves cos shes there. then got once when the whole table went off to find ppl to take pictures, i saw her sitting alone at the table so sad! :( haha oh ya she say sebas look like my dad?! and when we were leaving the place that night, she ask me to look after the girls?!?! hahah like im some pimp like that.
and so sad i think i could have won best dressed leh! i mean cos yong hwee won best dressed, and his dressing is like almost same as mine! the only diff was i had a tie and he didnt, and he had a beret, and i dont. so kind of balance off what. aiya maybe he popularer ma. plus he is council so he is senior to the prom organising committee so they must give him face lor. hahaha ok self denial. basket the prize was $100 topman voucher i could sure do with that!
and the prom king nominees are a joke la. got better guys out there like the bballer and monkey face (haha kidding) and maybe long john? ok u get the point. prom queen ok la except for i dunno who is the vanessa person! but expected michelle to win. haha the prom king/queen dance segment quite cool eh. aiya i nv take picture with prom queen leh. and prom queen nominee pris. and larissa too! hahahah.
and took pic with some random ppl like the s72 guy. haha make me look ultra gay going up to his friend and asking for picture. paisehhh ah. and sssssssssh and qquqyqyqyyqyqiwiqiqi hahaha! at least she said she like my suspenders!! :p kevin. haha herng liang also appeared as one of the best dressed. emo style! but he said he was in the toilet when they were showing the video so funny! dang maybe if i had worn bow tie i can get my hands on that $100 voucher.
oh ya forgot to add my camera was retro too! haha 2.1 megapixels leh so ancient. and it looks like a brick. can use as weapon already la! so sory for lousy picture quality. and aiya lazy put up all the pictures. which is gd for viewers also duneed take so long to load haha! just a few la.

39 not-so-happy avenue east
prom's just round the corner! sure everyones busy preparing and stuff. hahah dont stress over it ok its just a one night thing!
but not everythings going well at home man.. i thought everything was cleared up that night we celebrated mums bday. haha all so happy and stuff then just the next day bomb again. walao. whose side am i on? i think i'll just stick with myself to be safe alright.
yea went malaysia last week with dad and younger sis. omg so borrring! i can memorize the tv programmes on chan 5 and 8 from sat to tues la! the only thing we could do there is tv, eat, read book. BUT, bought some moviesssss! still havent started watching any yet, gotta start soon!
oohhhh yesterday went sentosa with sebas rong and peiyu! so exciting i learnt blading for the first time. hahaha rong keep saying "legs v-shape!" aiyo. hahah ok they were great teachers. thankiessss! really enjoyed myself. and then after that we went to the beach. me and sebas went into the water and wade around abit hahahah wading pool. and the girls just rolled in the sand like sandbath like that hahaha.
shopping with sebas and kevin today was quite productive! both of them got all their stuff in one day omg and im still not done! fawn joined us for awhile too. and saw manymany ppl in fareast too. combo hah! all the guys i know are wearing jacket/blazer! im the only loser without la. dammit. i think im gonna look like a joke la dammit. the most informal dressed guy leh. aiya whatever la retro mah hahahaha! no stress! take picture only what!
gd nite. i wanna make a wish that... my ipod will be miraculously repaired! plsplspls. and nice haircut plsplspls too no disasters.

kick start my rock n roll heart
beautifullllll!
haha sucha sissified day! went to all kinds of girly shops la. cos went out with sisters for the first time hahahah! mums bday, had dinner at hai tien lou at pan pacific. so funny when they served the cake! cos its a cantonese restaurant i think, then the waitress started singing some wierd unknown song in a dialect which i didnt understand. hahahah! like some wayang opera like that!
oooh went out with sebas rong kevin fawn peiyu yesterday. peiyu and fawn left early. haha lots of shopping! and rain too. oh man the chocolate float from swensens is just like a scoop of choc ice cream in ice milo la. and beef pepper rice is so exciting haha! ok i dunno why im amused. oh yea! rong was filling out this feedback form halfway then we started changing the personal particulars to random stuff like MAK FOO why and what putting my number there and saying "im sexy call me!" hahaha so lamO!
arghh shirt $70 pants $70 jacket (maybe) 170 thats so over budget already! and thats not counting shoes and belt and manicure and facial! hahaha kiddding bout the last part there of course. seriously!
alright off to malaysia tmr. back on tues! i'll try to finish at least one library book before i return hahah. screw the diet! right.

wasup u all! missing my comp badly. as most of u should know, my access to the internet is SERIOUSLY limited. and it cant happen at such a better time haha. i can only access thru dad or sis' laptop. and ipod cable just refuses to work too.
well, first bout exams. not too confident there. especially for bio. and s paper today was killer man!! haha just hope i dont get 14/100 again. and this yrs papers are all very wierd. well most at least. physics got wierd qn bout why does africa have low radioactive count or smth. and how do u prevent water loss to evaporation besides covering the surface?? still boggling me hahahaha huge nerd :p
oh man thomson crispy prata is damn freakin nice!! first time i ate bomb prata too. i think its the best creation of all the cheese/butter/mushroom cheese and all the kinds of prata. but very sinful too! but ahah must feel guilty then u will work harder right?? :p
prom is retarded why cant we just wear singlets and shorts?
i dont wanna go broke dressing up for one night! but also dont wanna look like some loser. ahha ok i'll figure that out later.
anw i gotta catch up with many ppl this hols man! before im off to tekong in less than 2 months time. but going overseas this hols too! malaysia to visit grandpa from 25-28, taiwan from 9-14 i think. so not much time left!
im suddenly reminded of SMACK THAT!
is princess hours really that nice?? :p the girl looks like she got more swollen lips than me seriously haha. and the prince guy is quite ghey.
and vivocity is perpetually crowded whyyy. must be cos its new and stuff. but shouldnt the novelty wear off soon? haha someone pronounced the wading pool like wedding pool. but i know the food republic there has some gd stuff! but expensive la.
oh well hope everything turns out fine. (internet, exams, parents, money, prom, taiwan omg so many things)
