if something could change your mind

are you contented with simply following the trends?

okay some health tips for weight loss! number 1, drink lots of water. simple as that. water has kosong calories, keeps you feeling full and its required for fat metabolism! number 2, have breakfast within 30min of waking up! this may come as a surprise, but its important breakfast signals to your body to start revving up its metabolism for the day. number 3, HAVE FRUIT LOOPS AND HONEY STARS WITH MILK FOR BREAKFAST!!! hahah okay number 3 was just retarded. but i love fruit loops!

stupid me woke up at 730 this morning and cursing at my alarm clock which was supposed to go off at 715. i must have pressed it in my sleep again. and i thought i was damn lucky to have woken up by myself without anymore alarms ringing. quickly had breakfast and changed and rushed off to ubi driving centre. reached the usual waiting area a little late, around 3min late? didnt see the car there so i thought of calling the mr ong. BUT, i dunno why i took out my lesson booking card and realised it said 9pm. HAHAHAH kena jack again. what a dumbasssss.

spent a large portion of the afternoon talking to esther about her poly choices. phew finally she had some sense knocked into her and she is gonna apply for whatever poly courses are available to her. but she still wants to retake her english.

heheh gossip girl is out! i feel like a piece of shit doing random stuff at home. likeeee.. taking pictures of bimbo AGAIN hahahah!
